i want to be your everything
your heart, your mind, your soul
i want to be that little thing
that you say makes you whole
i want to be the arms that
you run to when in need
i want to be your shield
to protect you from bad deeds
i want you to come to me
with every ache and pain
i want to keep you dry
from lifes cold and soggy rain
please let me share the load
of every painful thing
ill never turn my back on you
but a smile i will bring
i know life has some ups and downs
i know some times we fall
your laughs and smiles, cries and tears
i want to share them all.
